e-Justice
In 2019, the canton of Fribourg launched the e-Justice programme to gradually digitise all legal procedures.
The aim of the project is to modernise access to justice, enhance data security, facilitate communication and reduce the use of paper and archiving requirements.

Ce projet vise à moderniser l’accès à la justice, renforcer la sécurité des données, faciliter la communication et réduire l’usage du papier et les besoins en archivage.
The logo is based around the arrow, a universal symbol of direction, movement and transformation. Repeated in a structured manner, it forms a balanced composition reminiscent of the scales of justice, with the central arrow embodying harmony and stability, the essential axes of the programme. This dynamic symbol evokes the drive towards progress and modernisation, perfectly in tune with the project’s digital approach.
The arrangement of the arrows suggests continuous, controlled movement, reflecting both the efficiency of the system and the fluidity of digital exchanges.
